Children birth to 3 years who:
• Have a diagnosis
• Have a developmental delay or are at risk for delay in one or more skill area.
Supported Child Development Programme
Children and youth, 3 to 19 years, who:
• Have a developmental delay, disorder or extra support needs
• Attend licensed preschools, group daycares, family child care, school age care and license-not-required centres.

The focus of this public awareness campaign is for parents and caregivers of preschool aged children. Talk with me, Play with me, Comfort me - #mywellbeinggrowswithyou highlights the importance of talking with, playing with and comforting children and the impact these interactions have on their overall well-being.
